Omar is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate (“JD”) degree from Florida International University College of Law. His Bachelor’s degree in Political Science is from SUNY Buffalo University in New York.

Omar’s native language is English and he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
