About Rachel Schulman

Rachel Schulman graduated from Columbia Law School in 2000 as a Kent Scholar. She clerked for the Honorable John Gleeson on the Eastern District of New York, and also for the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Schulman focuses her practice on business litigation, appeals, labor and employment law, class actions and other civil matters. Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Schulman has gained significant success working on high-stakes class actions and other litigation involving partnership disputes, landowner disputes, contract disputes, employment law issues and more. She has helped secure millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts, and she enjoys gaining exposure to many different industries and legal areas.

Ms. Schulman graduated magna cum laude from Duke University in 1997 with degrees in psychology and music, and she received the Julia Wilkinson Mueller Graduation Prize in Music as well as the A.J. Fletcher Music Scholarship. She then attended Columbia Law School as a James Kent Scholar, where she served as managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.

Ms. Schulman obtained her Juris Doctor in 2000, and she holds her license to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also holds admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.
