About Zhiqi (“Camilla”) Zheng

Camilla Zheng, Esq., is a Partner at Torres & Zheng at Law, P.C. (“T&Z Business Law”). Her practice focuses on SEC-registered initial public offerings and listings on the NASDAQ, NYSE, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the T&Z Business Law, she worked at major law firms in New York and Beijing, where she represented clients across a variety of industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, hospitals, retail, real estate management, automobile dealerships, and TMT. Her practice primarily involved assisting issuers and underwriters in completing initial public offerings (“IPOs”) in the United States and Hong Kong.

Camilla received her LL.M. degree from Emory University School of Law in 2016. She is qualified to practice law in China, and she is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
